Social inclusion is the backbone of our company, and we have a very rich culture of staff from different ethnicities. We share their traditional cultural celebrations and encourage all staff to learn more about these traditions. Many of our workshop staff are Muslim, so during their month of fasting, they have shift flexibility and other concessions during this time.

Our corporate social responsibility focus is on supporting charities. We achieve this by hosting events for organisations such as the RFDS, Make-A-Wish, and the Cancer Council. Additionally, Novafast sponsors other cultural clubs in South Australia, such as the Azzuri Soccer Club, The St Catherines Society, and the Arab Chamber of Commerce.

As part of our membership in various associations, we are often requested to host business networking events at our premises and have assisted with fundraising efforts for indigenous and First Nations memorial projects, as well as ANZAC memorials to commemorate those who have shaped Australia into what it is today.
